- ** Job Description**:

- Handle sales activities for key account and some of the local System Integrators relate to Public Safety.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; adapting strategy to changing conditions and forecasting projected business.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new business areas.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Manage Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Respond timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Source potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in business related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years previous direct sales and/or business development experience, preferably with telecom.
- Good command in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals.
- Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas.
