What will you do?

You will act as the strategic partner to the Managing Director and the extended leadership team as well as being the focal point for our other regional HR teams in Recruitment, Operations & Talent Development.

Reporting to the People Business Partner for South East Asia, this role is accountable for the delivery of People tactics and strategies, aligned to the growth, performance, productivity and engagement of Aurecon employees.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.- Implement Aurecon’s People strategy across the Thailand business- Use your commercial and HR acumen to guide Aurecon’s Thailand business on its key people priorities- Partner the Asia Regional People Team to champion key regional initiatives around talent management, diversity and inclusion, as well as leadership development, among others- Lead, coach and develop the local People team to support both operational delivery and strategy implementation- Work on talent acquisition, retention and development initiatives to create an extraordinary employee experience
