The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Review and analyze user requirements with Project Manager and Operation teams to develop automation workflow.
- Maintain and develop automation scripts to increase data correctness and streamline work processes which have high impacts on human resources and productivity that cannot be served system wise.
- Deal with uncertain situations / incidents which require technical support to manage partners / customers satisfactions.
- Develop related testing or working tools for the team.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams (PM, BI, Developer and QA) to design automated workflows which can output functionals and data that are compatible with the existing systems.
- Provide related documents of developed automated workflows (Diagram, API, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field.
- Strong communication skills, ability to transform technical terms into understandable context, vice versa and good in English communication.
- Experience in data manipulation (using SQL, Excel, and related tools) and automation script development (app script / Javascript, python, visual basic, etc.) is a must.
- Experience in source code repository and job scheduler tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git) is highly preferred.
- Good project management skills to plan and control the project timeline and manage stakeholders.
- Experience in e-commerce, e-wallet, food delivery industry, and other tech companies, would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, fast learning, self motivation and cheerfulness.
