**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage & support a team of Private Bankers to achieveagreed financial targets
- Provide support &guidance to Private Bankers on their day-to-dayresponsibilities; including meeting high-priority clients when necessary
- Implement sales strategies to drive performance,and ensure teamprovides consistent and high-quality investment advisory,building clients’confidence and trust in the bank's capabilities
- Motivate Private Bankers and help to develop the PrivateBanking business
- Provide coaching,support and onboarding of Private Bankers to team
- Lead the overall client development planning with the Private Bankers andorchestrate the introduction of new products
- Ensure team's adherence to process and policy requirements
- Oversee operations of Private Banking team;provide checks and balances
- Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation
- Coordinate with related departments in marketing, clientservicing,and product development
- Support Head of Private Banking to develop the overallstrategy for the unit

**QUALIFICATION**
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำลูกค้ากลุ่ม Private Banking มาก่อน 10 ปีขึ้นไป และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมมาก่อน 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีใบอนุญาต ผู้วางแผนการลงทุน (IP License), นายหน้าประกันชีวิต และนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์การเงินการลงทุนที่หลากหลายทั้ง กองทุนรวม,หุ้นกู้,Structure Product และผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันชีวิต รวมทั้งติดตามข่าวสารทางการเงินการลงทุน สภาวะเศรษฐกิจอยู่เสมอ
