**Assistant Manager, Card Operations**:
Thailand, Bangkok | Full Time | Business Development

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Card Operations to manage transaction reconciliation, settlements, chargebacks, and reporting for Visa and MasterCard. The role supports internal teams, ensures compliance with card scheme rules, and handles fee disputes. - Reconcile Visa/MasterCard incoming file records with total transactions posted in GIP (2C2P system) to ensure they match.
- Review unmatched settlement transactions in GIP and determine appropriate adjustments (Debit, Credit, or Chargeback).
- Prepare and record the pre-fund settlement transactions balance account reconciliation report and submit it to the Accounting & Finance team.
- Prepare and record the Visa/MasterCard settlement report and submit it to the Accounting & Finance.
- Review Visa/MasterCard fee invoices; investigate any discrepancies and raise disputes or inquiries with Visa/MasterCard if necessary.
- Download Visa/MasterCard fee invoices and submit them to the Accounting & Finance team.
- Prepare and submit month-end reports to the Accounting & Finance, such as the total card spending report, Visa accumulated fee report, Top-Up volume report, etc.
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports to Visa/MasterCard within the required timeframe (no later than the 15th of the month).

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Provide operational support to Business Development, Product Management, Product Support, and Project Management teams, including Visa/MasterCard operations and testing with the Visa/MasterCard enhancement test simulator.
- Handle cardholder disputes by processing chargebacks through the Visa/MasterCard systems.
- Prepare and submit the Visa/MasterCard issuing performance report, and acquiring performance report to the business head.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with various card schemes, particularly Visa and MasterCard.
- Solid understanding of Visa/MasterCard rules and proficiency in processing chargebacks via Visa/MasterCard systems.
- Experience in the financial services or financial technology (fintech) industry.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration is an advantage.
- Good command of both English and Thai (spoken and written).
