**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring the kitchen management performance and compliance with H&S, Food Safety, cleanliness, standards, team morale, and recipe
- Ensure full standardization of pastry across the group through detailed recipe creation and regular training. Menus include but are not limited to, plated desserts, pastries, laminate doughs, bread, pantry and retail products, delivery, to-go, and dine-in
- Stock/inventory management:

- Analyzing and projecting usage trends vs budget
- Ensuring that cost control systems are being maintained in coordination with purchasing/accounting, including recipe costing, price updates, waste/yield tracking, etc
- Ensuring stock counts/inventory is being taken properly and accurately
- Ensuring the staff is trained to take stock properly, by example and support when necessary
- Ensuring that ordering managers are ordering/restocking supplies effectively and efficiently within guidelines
- Ensuring that stocks are being rotated properly to ensure quality and food safety; including disposing of the expired and spoiled food items stored in stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers, and associated documentation
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items are received and are of good quality, including training the staff to do so properly, and reporting issues as set by SOPs
- Coordinating orders and necessary food preparation as required, setting standards and systems for production and distribution from the central kitchen to receiving outlets
- Managing preparation schedules and pars
- Collaborating with the head chef on pastry development and execution across brand outlets; this being a supportive role allowing you to offer creative input
- Led pre-opening and opening teams with the Chefs in set up, training, ordering/inventory, overall operating systems, and service until the staff is efficient enough to carry on their own with your oversight

- Thai nationality, age 20 - 35 years old
- Work 6 days, 1 day off
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary
- Diligent, patient, disciplined, not related to work
- Service-minded and good human relations, good personality, charming, professional look
- Open minds to listen to the opinions of colleagues, supervisors, or manager
- Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process
- Good ability to manage work and time
- 3 or more years experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef or relevant role
