Sales Representative

**Job Detail**:

- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy align with an objective and implement
- Develop a plan for Business Development for finding a new client
- Close support such as sharing information on packaging status with customers after winning a project
- Build up strong relationships with new and existing clients by visiting them every month to get the newest information from clients and make sales (Driver by themselves, visit clients mainly in Chonburi, Rayong, Ladkrabang area)
- Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese GM or Thai manager

- พัฒนากลยุทธ์การขายให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และนำไปปฏิบัติ
- จัดทำแผนพัฒนาธุรกิจเพื่อหาลูกค้ารายใหม่
- ให้การสนับสนุนอย่างใกล้ชิด เช่น การแชร์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานะบรรจุภัณฑ์กับลูกค้าหลังจากชนะโครงการ
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้นกับลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าปัจจุบัน โดยไปเยี่ยมลูกค้าทุกเดือนเพื่อรับข้อมูลล่าสุดจากลูกค้าและทำการขาย (ขับรถเอง และเยี่ยมลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่ในพื้นที่ชลบุรี ระยอง ลาดกระบัง)
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก GM ชาวญี่ปุ่นหรือผู้จัดการชาวไทย

Necessary Skill / Experience- Age 25-35 years
- Any gender
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of Work Experience as Sales in any Manufacturing Industry or Trading company or logistic company
- Advanced conversation middle level of English
- Have own car for commuting and sales activity
- Not job hopper
- Having experience in a logistics company is preferable.
- Having experience in the same industry is preferable.
- Having experience business development, promoting sales strategy to subordinates is preferable.
- Advanced conversation middle level of Chinese is preferable.

- Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri Saturday Working: Every other Saturday (During probation period, every week))

- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวเพื่อใช้ในการเดินทางและขายสินค้า
- ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทโลจิสติกส์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมเดิมเป็นเวลานานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาธุรกิจและส่งเสริมกลยุทธ์การขายให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ภาษาจีนระดับสนทนาจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
