A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Ensure outstanding delivery of 3PL services at right cost by closely and effectively managing the relationship with the 3PL in accordance with the contract terms and following the Nestlé best practices.(optimize service at the best E2E cost)
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth flow of DC operation deliveries
- Ensure Best practices and Compliances in Safety, Quality, Environment are implemented as well as Country regulations strictly followed by the 3PLCheck that services and rates invoiced by the 3PL correspond to the contractual agreement.
- Ensure that Logistics services are contributing to delight Consumers and Customers; Identify and implement possible improvements opportunities (e.g. productivities) in collaboration with the 3PLEmbracing the journey of enabling Technologies when relevant Contribute to key meeting & reviews as required (DOR, WOR, MOR, etc..)
- Work with IT on undertaking the system health check and prepare a system checklist of implementation plan.
- Anticipate future volume requirement changes or evolution in service needs and ensure that the 3PL can adapt as required at a competitive cost.
- Actively anchor continuous process improvement and lead the site-specific activities like LER or LC2A or TDC initiatives etc.
- Efficiently control Pallets, MHEs and Security management with suppliers.
- Coordinate with site 3PL for Facility maintenance
- Coach, develop and maintain an effective team through selection, training, coaching, compensation and motivation.
- Conduct performance appraisal on a timely basis.
- Discipline employees in accordance with Company policy and procedure.

ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Over 5 years experience in logistics management.
- Strong background and experience in warehouse operation and transportation operation and warehouse management system
