2. To issue room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, etc.

3. To work in conjunction with the bell staff to assist guests to their rooms.

4. To answer various questions from guests.

5. To arrange transportation for guests.

6. To compute bills, collects payment and makes change for guests.

7. To run various reports on the computer for management.

8. To perform any other duties as assigned.

โรงแรมและรีสอร์ทในเครือเซ็นทารา เซ็นสัญญารับบริหารคุ้มพญารีสอร์ทและสปา เชียงใหม่ มาอยู่ภายใต้แบรนด์“เซ็นทารา บูติกคอลเลกชัน” โดยคุ้มพญารีสอร์ทและสปา เชียงใหม่ เปิดให้บริการในปี 2552 ใช้งบการลงทุนก่อสร้างทั้งสิ้นกว่าหนึ่งพันล้านบาท ซึ่งรีสอร์ทแห่งนี้จะมาอยู่ภายใต้การบริหารของเซ็นทาราตั้งแต่เดือนตุลาคม 2553 เป็นต้นไป “คุ้มพญารีสอร์ทและสปา เซ็นทาราบูติกคอเลกชัน” ตั้งอยู่ในเมืองเชียงใหม่ เพียง 6 กิโลเมตรจากสนามบินนานาชาติเชียงใหม่ 3 กิโลเมตรจากไนท์บาซาร์ และเพียง 1.5 กิโลเมตรจากสถานีรถไฟเชียงใหม่ โดยรีสอร์ทฯ ได้รับการออกแบบในสไตล์ล้านนาพื้นเมือง โดยมีการผสมผสานกันอย่างลงตัวของไม้สักทองกับหินขาว ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่ 20,000 ตารางเมตร ท่ามกลางร่มเงาของต้นไม้ใหญ่อายุกว่า 100 ปี คุ้มพญารีสอร์ทและสปา เซ็นทาราบูติกคอเลกชัน ประกอบด้วยห้องพักแบบซูพีเรีย และดีลักซ์ในสไตล์การตกแต่งแบบล้านนาจำนวน 85 ห้อง ขนาด 40 ตารางเมตร ที่สามารถเลือกที่จะพักห้องชั้นบน หรือห้องชั้นล่างที่เชื่อมต่อกับสระว่ายน้ำ นอกจากนี้ยังมีวิลลาจำนวน 4 หลัง ด้วยพื้นที่เริ่มต้นที่ 92 ตารางเมตร พร้อมสปาและสวนหย่อมส่วนตัว และจากุชชี่แบบ เอ๊าท์ดอร์ โดยวิลลาขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดของรีสอร์ทฯ คือพญาวิลลาสวีท มีพื้นที่ 290 ตารางเมตร ประกอบด้วยวิลลาพูลสวีทแบบหนึ่งห้องนอน 3 หลัง และสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว นอกจากนี้วิลลาทุกหลังยังมีบริกรส่วนตัวคอยให้บริการอีกด้วย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกประกอบด้วยสระว่ายน้ำแบบลากูนขนาดใหญ่ ฟิตเนสเซ็นเตอร์ สปา บิสิเนสเซ็นเตอร์ ห้องจัดเลี้ยงและจัดประชุม ซึ่งสามารถรองรับแขกได้ 120 คน สำหรับจัดเลี้ยงแบบค็อกเทล และยังมีห้องอาหารซึ่งให้บริการอาหารเหนือ รวมไปถึงอาหารนานาชาติหลากหลาย
