Build and maintain strong relationships with MCN partners to ensure active engagement and collaboration.
Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs with MCN partners to achieve Shopee s Affiliate Program goals.
Monitor MCN partners network performance, including creator recruitment, content output, and sales metrics (GMV, ADO, commission).
Prepare and submit bi-weekly performance reports of MCN partners to management.
Provide guidance, support, and feedback to MCN partners to improve performance and compliance with Shopee policies.
Act as the main contact for resolving issues or escalations related to MCN operations.
Share insights and reports internally to optimize strategies and initiatives for MCN partner networks.

**Requirements**: At least 1 years of professional relevant working experience. (if having an experience in Project Management fields is a plus).
Great communication with the ability to speak fluently to business people, designers, and other stakeholders.
Able to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external parties.
Enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic and data-driven environment.
Self-initiate and can-do attitude person.
Possess analytical and problem solving skills.
Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking).
