Assistant SPA Manager

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Assisting the Spa Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa
- Supervising and supporting spa staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage
- Covering receptionist duties whenever needed
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities to increase spa revenue
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Supporting the Spa Manager in staff recruitment
- Facilitating staff training and performance evaluations
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Working in shifts, from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm, and on weekends
- 6 days off per month
**Qualifications**:
- Female, Thai nationality, age 30-40
- Proven experience in spa management, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Calm, polite, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is required
- College degree is required, with a focus on hospitality or business being an advantage
- Spa Manager License issued by the Ministry of Public Health is a plus
Pay: From ฿27,000.00 per month
