In order to “Changing the way people feel about insurance”, we have embarked into the journey of Agile Transformation. The Senior Agile Coach, who has achieved an expert level in agile practices and one or more knowledge domains (technical, business, etc.). And purview is multi-team, starting up new teams, mentoring Junior Agile Coach(s) and looking out toward the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- This position is the Senior Agile Coach for the transformation Office and company, which we will use Agile mindset and Scale Agile as the foundation principle in delivering business value.- The Senior Agile Coach works at all levels in an organization to help the organization use agile as a strategic asset for business value generation, which often includes culture change.- The Senior Agile Coach purview is multi-team, starting up new teams, mentoring agile team and looking out toward the wider organization.- Mentor and improve the work processes and practices, based on Agile mindset, principles, disciplines to better-fit our environment and ecosystem.- Act as the Scrum Master of the Transformation Office and Agile teams in enterprise level.- Organize and facilitate the Agile ceremonies (e.g., Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, etc.) and ensure that effectiveness of Agile execution processes and ceremonies for the teams and across team.- Communicate with stakeholders, PO and team members to maximize the delivery efficiency while balancing the continuous process improvement.

Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (IT is a plus).- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in IT or Non-IT related fields.- Experience in insurance industry is preferred.- Ability to work with people from multiple level, business management to programmers.- Strong knowledge of project management both Predictive and Agile.- Strong skills in coaching, communication, facilitation, mentoring and training.- Adaptive to change and willing to continue learning new things.- Agile Coach/ Scrum Master/ Scale Agile certificate would be an advantage.- Fluent in English both verbal and written.- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
