Sme CRM Team Lead New

In this position, you will lead and drive a CRM program called LINE Family Club to be the top of mind in SME market. This includes building and managing all aspects of the program such as CRM platform (LINE Family Club Official Account), branding and awareness, privilege partners, marketing campaigns and communications, and member satisfaction. Your main goal is to retain and grow SME users to continually subscribe to LINE for Business solution platform.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop CRM strategic planning and end-to-end execution plans to create positive impact in terms of brand value to the market, increase number of attractive privilege partners or activities to grow the number of LINE Family Club members, and simplify CRM redemption platform
- Study user satisfaction of the CRM program by collaborating with Insights Team to conduct research and analysis, both quantitatively and qualitatively
- Develop team structure and define sub-KPI for each team member to achieve the goal
- Lead, coach, manage, and validate the team’s performance with improvement plans
- Conduct Partnership Analysis and Acquisition to provide privilege partners for LINE Family Club members
- Drive the team to gain quality privilege partners to create big impact on redemption
- Initiate, manage, and validate monthly marketing campaigns and activities, and develop overall communication plans to gain awareness and engagement from the market while optimizing the budget
- Collaborate with Engineering Team, Marketing Team, Information Security Team, and other related teams to simplify LINE Family Club user journey to optimize engagement and privilege redemption process
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., Engineering Team, Marketing & Communications Team, Advertising Business Team, Legal Team, and other business sponsors) to be aligned with overall SME business directions
- Lead, plan, and execute any events
- Develop weekly and monthly performance reports
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Business Development & Partnerships, E-commerce, or any related field
- Deep interest in CRM, marketing campaign and communication, digital ecosystem, technology, and business innovations, coupled with eagerness to learn
- Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to speak in public as a spokesperson and keep good relations with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables and in creating complex project plans and analysis
- Fluency in spoken and written Thai and English
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous background in CRM
- Passion and high sense of ownership to deliver the success of projects on hands
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus as well as effective project management expertise
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented
- Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skill, and can-do attitude
