Negotiate with vendor to optimize price of raw material and construct together with contract to be most profitable to company
- Facilitates purchasing initiatives as defined in all domains: raw materials, _work_ and budgeting relevant.
- Create, optimize, and manage all purchasing/procurement functions according to strategies and framework agreement
- Handle P/O, P/R and other contracts/agreements in terms of price, delivery and quality apprehension
- Ensure all purchasing materials are delivered on time and in full
- Report the pending P/O in accordance with Raw Material Weekly Report Handle supplier’s assessment, sourcing for vendors as necessary
- Management of day to day materials, and factory supply store.
- Ensures all merchandise being transferred is in its proper location and tagged.
- Ensures all paperwork/reports/orders are completed in a timely manner and mailed, faxed, or filed away in its proper location.
- Ensure all daily Purchasing / Stores functions are conducted as scheduled including purchasing, receiving, issuing, cycle counts, inventory stocking level maintenance, shipping, expediting, core management, obsolete management, supplier management, audit requests (Internal and External) etc.
- Run, distribute, and file monthly sourcing and inventory reports based on current policy. This may include development and maintenance of special reports for senior management.
- Local supplier management - Ensure lowest possible pricing on non-contracted items, maintain relationships with vendors, and ensure compliance (no leakage) on corporate agreements.
- Promote safe _work_ environment - Conduct and/or attend all required safety meetings and training, and ensure full compliance in this area for all department employees.
- Maintain a clean and safe _work_ environment at the site.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related fields

**Experience**: 5+ year of relevant warehouse experience (including 2+ year of previous supervisory experience), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Skills**:

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to meet physical requirements including: a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day**IMCO PACK CORPORATION LIMITED**
