Project Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Present and selling products and services information to the customers.
2. Responsible on sales target as from supervisor assignment.
3. Accommodate on client visit schedule and arrange all visitor requests.
4. Responsible for arrangement of regular meetings and communication with customers.
5. Keep in touch with the customers on a regular basis to enhance and maintain the relationship.
6. Advise customers on prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
7. Participate in sales/direct marketing events to collect leads and call the prospect list derived from marketing channel both offline-online for follow-up.
8. Coordinate with internal departments in order to carry smooth sales operations.
9. Follow up on all documentation through to sales process and after-sales requirements.
10. Other duties as assigned by Project Assistant Sales Manager.

3 ปีขึ้นไป

1. Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field

2. At least 3 years experiences in related field.

3. Fluent in speaking, reading, listening, and writing English.
