**Professional Engagement Manager**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Train nurses for relevant topics to J&J interest i.e. wound closure, bleeding management, energy and stapling
- Tailor the nurse training programs to fit business needs
- Oversee the overall development and implementation of Prof Ed strategy for General Surgery (including SSI prevention and hemostasis) and Neurosurgery in Southeast Asia in collaboration with Portfolio and Specialty Marketing Team
- Develop tactical plans to execute long term Professional engagement for relevant external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with local commercial team to drive business objectives especially in SSI prevention and bleeding management
- Establish annual plans in collaboration with markets including resource requirement
- Ensure representation of SEA customer needs in APAC/Global meetings
- Collaborate with Commercial Education partner to shape internal trainings/activities
- Collaborate with Market Access and Medical Affairs to drive economic value and access in targeted specialties
- Assist in the daily coordination, implementation and monitoring of marketing activities.
- Network with Sales, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Associations/societies, and other key internal and external stakeholders to strengthen relationship and gain insights and translate them into meaningful actions/plans
- Develop a robust pipeline of KOLs (e.g. nurses, surgeons, Infection Control)
