Role & Responsibilities:

- Generate production reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare sales incentive reports to support campaign tracking for each channel
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations to support management information
- Proceed data reconciliation between download data and source data
- Develop and improve MIS report preparation process
- Coordinate with channel and submit production data to channel
- Support Finance Controller team to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information System, MIS, AIS or related
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- At least 3 years’ experience in Business/ System Analyst or related position
- Intermediate skill for SQL and Excel.
- Knowledge of VBA and Power BI are preferable.
- Good command English, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
