Digtal Marketing Officer

The overall purpose of the job
To work with the Digital Marketing Manager and our internal creative team to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate all digital marketing campaigns to reach more people, raise more hotel bookings, and build stronger relationships with our B2 customers.
Key responsibilities and tasks include
- Website: Managing our CMS; optimizing SEO; ensuring content is up to date; has a consistent tone of voice; user journey is straightforward and performance of the content is measured against clear KPI’s.
- Content: Writing engaging content for various audiences that is consistent with B2 brand guidelines. Keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of B2 Promotion.
- Social Media: Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across Facebook, IG, Tiktok, Twitter and Youtube, and other platforms to expand our social media audience base
- Advertising: Managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online marketing advertising platforms, regularly reviewing and amending keywords and audiences to optimize performance.
- Online Marketing: Plan and manage a regular schedule of online marketing activity, growing our follower base and creating engaging, relevant content including testing to optimize results.
- Brand Guidelines: To implement brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all areas of work.
- Reporting: Monitor, report, and analyze results to improve performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and others so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate
- Other: Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and the hotel industry.

Essential
- Educated to degree level in marketing or similar

Desirable
- 2 year’s work experience in digital marketing

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce compelling copy
- Proofreading and editorial skills with a good command of English
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Desirable
- Experience in Marketing
- Experience in Advertising

Competence
Essential
- Experience in managing and writing content for a website/blog
- Google Analytics and SEO experience
- Experience in managing social media campaigns
- Experience in Search Ads, Display Ads and/or VDO advertising campaigns
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Desirable
- Design Campaign
- Experience in copywriting/content creation
- Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads,Tiktok Ads, and other social media platforms
- Digital campaign experience

Knowledge
Essential
- Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management
- Knowledge of effective social media techniques
- Knowledge of web design and development

Desirable
- Practical experience of creative design.
