Bangkok Bank is transforming its Cash Management business to adapt to the competitive, regulatory and technical challenges of today’s world. To support this journey, the Senior Product Manager role is accountable for delivering the overall performance of their assigned portfolio of products. To achieve this, the Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and managing the execution of the product's strategic vision, its profitability, risk, compliance, and efficiency, and working through partners to ensure results are delivered.
**Role & Responsibilities**

The role presents an opportunity to join a fast paced, highly
- visible group of individuals passionate about changing the way Transactiona banking is performed.
- Management of profitability, risk, client satisfaction and resiliency of assigned products
- Defining and executing product strategies for assigned products in alignment with the overall Cash Management strategy
- Influencing, motivating and driving stakeholders toward delivery of high quality and punctual deliverables
- Assessing market competition, regulatory and competitive trends to ensure products remain fit for purpose
- Contributing toward the development and management of junior team members

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, and advanced degree in MBA or Finance or Marketing
- 10 years of experience in Product Development - Cash Management / Transaction Banking
- Broad knowledge of TxB products and/ or IT solution in cash management(payments, collections, liquidity and channel solution), Trade product knowlwdge(shot-term trade - LCs, open account products, Guarantees, Supply Chain Management) is a plus

**Required Skills**:

- Product development skills in Cash Management/ Transaction Banking is preferable
- Strong people management, leadership and results oriented
- Analytical thinking, financial and strategic planning, diligent and attentional to detail
- Ability to thrive in an independent work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, presentation skills
- Project management and execution are an advantage
