**Job Purpose**:
Execute customer data analytics to derive the insights to improve business performance and as well as marketing initiatives’ optimization

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop performance marketing strategy and execution plan to convert new customers
- Develop and monitor the metrics to measure effectiveness of each channel and campaign throughout the marketing funnel.
- Build, test, and maintain lead-generating campaigns from multiple channels including social media, E-commerce platform, call center, and other offline channels.
- Analyze customer behaviours and experiences at each stage of marketing funnel
- Analyze performance metrics, trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities to scale customized experiences.
- Manage key marketing initiatives around digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Develop customer profiles, prospects, channels, and strategic targeting classifications
- Provide data-driven commercial analysis to identify new opportunities, including market sizing, market share, customer share of wallet, customer profiling/segmentation, product utilization, cross-sell and new market opportunities
- Develop customer insights report to support decision making process

**Other Duties**:

- Adhere to the company’s employee rules & regulations
- Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required
- Exercises responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing the MFG
- Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Job Specifications**:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related fields.
- At least 5 years of experiences in Marketing CRM, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics
- Be able to use advanced data analytics tools
- Good understanding of statistical techniques
- Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
- Strong drive for results
- Strong in innovative and people management
- Good connection and networking with the industrial bodies
