PRTR is working with a client in the insurance industry to find the Salesforce Development Lead to join the tech team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understanding the CRM business process account management, case management, and campaign management to build a salesforce to support the business needs.
- Setting up service Cloud Consoles, cases, and CTI integration.
- Reviewing, adjusting, and writing APEX and visual force page build to ensure that it meets business needs.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Knowledge to work on Salesforce Wave Analytics products.
- Experience in migrating data into Salesforce.
- Experience setting up web service integration and customizations.
**Tech Skills**:
Apex classes, Test classes, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, Lightning Oages, Web Service, Work Flow, Dashboards, etc.
