Overseeing all plant operations in Nakornpatom and Lampang operation sites; fruit juice, canned fruit, sauce and seasoning manufacturing, in both terms of strategic planning & plant operation to achieve Company growth objectives
- Leading and driving change transformation in manufacturing operations of both sites.
- Overseeing technical and professional development of the manufacturing operations function to obtain optimum productivity, supply chain efficiency, expected performance, safety and morale objectives.
- Monitoring product standards, implementing quality-control programs and determining quality control standards.
- Identifying equipment/technology and analysing opportunities to improve manufacturing through integration, relocation and expansion (long term plan).
- Taking part of implements meaningful metrics, routine review of performance against those metrics, formulation and management of corrective actions (emerging threats and risks to the operation), identification and standardization of best practices.
- Driving quality performance and discipline across divisions using KPIs and performance metrics relevant to each division/location.
- Collaborating with Commercial and Research & Innovations functions on raw material sourcing for total internal and external customer satisfaction, new product developments, rapid prototyping, pilot operations, and implementation of manufacturing capability.
- Developing and managing budgets as well as financial forecasts in line with targets.
- Liaising with different departments, including suppliers, buyers, commercial sales, marketing team, R&D team, quality team, warehouse & logistics team, etc.
- Working with the management team to implement the company's policies and goals.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Performing other assignments by MD.

**Qualifications**:

- 45- 50 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Food Production, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in beverage or fruit & vegetable or agri-food processing & manufacturing and must be experienced in senior leadership / senior managerial roles.
- Excellent understanding of beverage production, food quality standards and health & safety regulations. Good understanding of food safety standards.
- Must be fluent in English communication.
- Excellent leadership & problem solving as well as people management skills.
- Must have strong technical knowledge with business acumen and able to perform well under pressure.
- Must be able to be based at Nakorn Pathom and travel to Lampang and Bangkok HQ from time to time.
