Our client is a leading electronic components and devices manufacturer.
- Developing and implementing EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinating training programs to educate employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental awareness.
- Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintaining records of EHS-related data, including incident reports, safety training records, and environmental permits.
- Collaborating with management, departments, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Staying abreast of changes in EHS regulations and industry best practices and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Leading emergency response efforts in the event of environmental spills, workplace accidents, or other incidents.
- Developing and implementing waste management and recycling programs to minimize environmental impact.
- Managing relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with permits, reporting requirements, and inspections.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in occupational safety and health.
- At least 7 years experience as an occupational safety, health and environment manager.
- ISO14001, ISO45001 and RBA.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and highly adaptable to the organizational environment, able to handle difficult situations and able to demonstrate leadership.
- Conversational level of English (TOEIC 550 up).
