- Manage and execute long-term strategic business relationships between customers and RedBox Logistics.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts with customers and monitor service level agreements with performance indicators.
- Ensure continuous regular reviews and checking on service level performance to sustain customer satisfaction and ensure contract continuity.
- Manage communications between customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with the Operations team on customer complaint resolutions for operational-related issues.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring billing is done accurately and invoices are submitted timely.
- Prepare reports on account progress and ensure all reports are being submitted in a timely manner with accurate data analysis and recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Fulfill customers’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyze and check client data to provide customer relationship management.คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
- Experiences in Airlines Sales, Travel Agency Sales which responsible for Corporate customer areas
- Fluent in English communication is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Having own driving license and being able to drive for business works
