The company leverages advanced technology and data analytics to provide fast, efficient, and transparent financing solutions to SMEs.

**The opportunity**:
As a Collection Manager, you'll play an important role in optimising the collections process, negotiating for payments, managing the repayment process, and minimising risk exposure. Your expertise in the financial domain will be an invaluable asset in analysing customer profiles and customising repayment plans.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the end-to-end repayment execution and collections processes.
- Lead a Collections team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Review and implementation of collection, restructuring and provisioning processes in line with credit & collection policies.
- Work closely with a Product & Data team to develop and refine dashboards and portfolio analytics to make better credit and collections decisions.
- Prepare and drive legal processes along with a credit and legal team to pursue recoveries for delinquent loans.

**What you will bring to the table**:

- A minimum of 6 years of experience in collections with a minimum of 2 years in SME/Corporate collections.
- Experience in leading collections teams and working on provisioning and ECL matters.
- Knowledge and experience with credit risk policies and legal processes for delinquent loans.
- Good commercial judgment to strike a balance between risk and return.
- Proficiency in English communication at a business level.
- A confident and enthusiastic attitude that works well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in using NS Office, SAS, and SQL.
