Our client is a leading manufacturer of construction materials.

This job is based in Bangkok.

**Responsibilities**
- Assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers.
- Making decisions on customer credit approval or rejection based on available data.
- Collaborating with the sales team and customers to negotiate credit terms.
- Keeping comprehensive records of customer outstanding balances, customer retention, and bank guarantees.
- Regularly following up on outstanding balances, retention efforts, and bank guarantees with customers.
- Monitoring payment trends and identifying potential bad debts.
- Periodically reviewing and updating the company's credit policy to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proven work experience as a credit and collection manager.
- Possess a strong understanding of credit control procedures.
- Exhibit advanced mathematical skills.
- Showcase excellent analytical skills.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
- Pay close attention to detail in managing credit and collection processes.
- Display the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
