- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and stock control to ensure availability and minimize stockouts. Conduct regular invetory checks and audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies,
- Order Processing and Fulfillment: Support the processing of orders. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Transportation Coordination: Assist in coordination transportation activities, including scheduling deliveries and arranging transportation modes. Comminicate with carriers and drives to ensure smooth transportaion operations.
- Document and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels. orders,shipment, and other logístical activities. Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of landing and packing lists.ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supplier and Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Logistical Support: Provide general administrative support to the ligistics department, icluding data entry, filling, and correspondence. Assist in conducting research and analysis to support logísticaldecision-making and process improvement initatives.

- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations,preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with logístical software and tools.such as inventory management systems ans shipping software.
- Execellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with interanal teams,external partners and vendors.
- Proficient in Chiness Language and can cuumuicate in English as well.
