**Job Description**:
Reports directly to Food & Beverage Manager

Manage Restaurant operations

Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.

Ensure all necessary arrangement and preparation are made for normal and special events

Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team

Monitors and directs service flow in the restaurant.

Welcomes and seats guests and presents menu with suggestions to specials.

Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and always respects the HACCP regulations

Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue

Establishes side duties schedule and follow up with each Heartist to ensure duties are carried out.

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

Work Experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Presentable, well groomed with Friendly, positive, energetic disposition
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Good personal hygiene
- High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
- Experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 star restaurants/hotels is a plus.
- Good command both Thai & English communication skills
