**Key Responsibilities**
- Generating new sales for Recruitment services and HR solutions.
- Working with a set of KPIs focusing at least 80% of the day-to-day activities on cold calling, setting up meetings, and closing sales.
- Increasing sales and number of new clients as per monthly/quarterly targets.
- Managing end-to-end sales process from identifying new prospects to calculating prices to proposing agreements and closing sales.

**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with around 3 years direct experience in selling outsourcing services, or similar such as HR, IT, or logistics services/solutions.
- Experience working with KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Good experience in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and social media (FB, Line, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good sales and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
