Develop strategic PR and KOL plans to support the launch of new music campaigns and projects. Identify key media outlets, influencers, and KOLs to target for maximum exposure and engagement.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the music industry.
Pitch story ideas, press releases, and artist features to secure media coverage and interviews.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop media plans that integrate earned, owned, and paid media channels.
Identify target audiences, media platforms, and placement opportunities to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
Write compelling press releases, news articles, and promotional content to generate buzz and excitement around our music releases.
Create engaging content for media pitches, social media posts, and newsletters.
Coordinate PR activities and media engagements to align with the overall marketing calendar and campaign objectives.
Lead press event including press release, operation flow and etc. that aligned with objective.
Monitor and track media coverage, mentions, and sentiment to assess campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications or related field.
4+ years of experience in PR and KOL management, preferably within the music or entertainment industry. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
Passion for music and a deep understanding of music trends and culture.
Strong network of media contacts and influencers in the music industry.
Experience in developing and executing media plans across various channels.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and pitches.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop strategic plan for communication.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
