**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of digital media strategies and tactics that align with the campaign's objectives
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital media campaigns, including media planning, buying, and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Manage relationships with KOL and negotiate media buys to deliver the best possible value for Company
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Supervise a team of media planners and buyers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media planning and buying
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize and improve ads performance, then report to the online marketing manager.

คุณสมบัติ

**Qualification**:

- Solid background in media planner (Direct experience from marketing agency is plus)
- Well understand retail operations and online marketing
- Good analytical skill.
- Good command of spoken and written in Thai & English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven, proactive development and testing of new ideas
- Strong skills in driving for results and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Keen in learning new things.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, punctual and reliable.
- Hand-on and attention to details.

**Education**

- Over 5 years of related experience
