As an Accounting Manager, you will help manage and control the Financial Accounting, Tax, and Treasury Team to maintain an efficient and effective month-end closing and treasury in a timely and accurate manner to fulfill internal stakeholder needs and by local Accounting Standards and IFRS.:
- Preparing Statutory financial reports, Corporate income tax, and submissions to relevant government entities.
- Ensuring accurate and timely all financial Accounting data for monthly, quarterly, and annual submission to both Head Office and local statutory requirements are completely & timely filed.
- Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with proper account analysis and reconciliation.
- Maintaining banking relationships and Cash flow forecast to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements and forward contract.
- Liaising and coordinating for the Internal Control testing activity, and Internal Audit, also an external audit requirement.
- Recommending and maintaining a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
- Leading and supervising 4 accounting team members, GL/AP/Payment/Treasury to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitoring and advising on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
- Collaborating with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Supporting other Adhoc assignments.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
- Certify Financial Statements as the companies’ CPD & Accountant as required by the Department of Business Development, and Revenue Code.
- Solid experience in month-end closing activities and treasury Preferred in FMCG Industry.
- JDE/SAP/R3 and Fusion knowledge.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English for business conduct level.
- Good analytical skills and business sense.
- Good communication and leadership together with a teamwork attitude.
- Good computer literacy.
