**Job Summary**:
**Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- Develop and implement a project management methodology and best practices to manage project portfolios across the company.
- Establish and maintain project management standards and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery.
- Provide project management support to project teams, including project planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Develop and manage project dashboards and status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project prioritization and resource allocation to ensure that projects align with business objectives and are delivered within budget and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Lead the development and maintenance of a project management toolset and templates to support project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project delivery.

**Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on project portfolio management and PMO operations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as experience with project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing project management team.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management.
- Experience in the securities industry is preferred.
