**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a Project Board Members Team in developing, implementing, and delivering a solution to the customer with based on Term and Conditions of the contract agreement
- Plan, schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, execute, and implement projects according to stipulated deadlines and within budget and contract agreement signed.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business requirements in collaboration with customers per the contact agreement signed.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Develop and deliver various Financial Software solutions as per the business requirement gathered.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentation.
- Acquire resources and coordinate team members and third-party contractors or consultants' efforts to deliver projects according to plan.
- Ensure the project implementation rollout and UATs effectively.
- Determine the frequency and content of the project team's status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or related
- Minimum 5 years of working experience (10 years+ is a big Plus)
- Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, team members, and customers at all levels, both formally and informally
- CMMI development framework experience is a Plus
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and customer executives
- Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of FINANCIAL projects
- Knowledge in the FINANCIAL domain is a big Plus
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including the ability to manage project scope, risks, integration, issues, and financials
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a desire to make an impact within a consulting and solutions environment
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skill
