Construction Project Manager

**Job Detail**:

- Construction Project Manager (40K-80K) (SDG-97399)
- ผู้จัดการโครงการก่อสร้าง-
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Assist both of Japanese and Thai supervisors.
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Other tasks as assigned- ทำงานร่วมกับวิศวก

- เจรจาสัญญากับผู้ขายภายนอกเพื่อบรรลุข้อตกลงที่ให้ผลกำไร
- ช่วยเหลือหัวหน้างานทั้งชาวญี่ปุ่นและชาวไทย
- ขอใบอนุญาตและใบอนุญาตจากหน่วยงานที่เหมาะสม
- กำหนดทรัพยากรที่จำเป็น (กำลังคน อุปกรณ์ และวัสดุ) ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบโดยคำนึงถึงข้อจำกัดด้านงบประมาณ
- วางแผนการดำเนินการก่อสร้างทั้งหมดและกำหนดเวลาระยะกลางเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าจะเป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดหาอุปกรณ์และวัสดุและตรวจสอบสต็อกเพื่อจัดการกับความไม่เพียงพออย่างทันท่วงที
- จ้างผู้รับเหมาและพนักงานอื่น ๆ และจัดสรรความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแลการทำงานของคนงาน ช่างกล ฯลฯ และให้คำแนะนำเมื่อจำเป็น
- ประเมินความคืบหน้าและจัดทำรายงานโดยละเอียด
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยทั้งหมด และรายงานปัญหาต่างๆ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Thai nationality, Male, age 38 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree in civil Engineer
- 5-10 years or above of experiences in Construction Project Manager of Manufacturing
- Computer skill: MS Office CAD/ AutoCAD
- Have License of Professional Practice (Associate Civil Engineer)
- Have own car and driving license
- Able to work/stay over in the upcountry (occasional, at provided accommodation)
- Basic command of verbal and written English (use in documents / to communicate, they have internal Interpreter)
- Able to work actively under pressure and hard-working
- Able to show the decisive and leadership skills

- Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (SAT: occasional, around 4-5 times per year)
