Supervise the Talent team to achieved the talent and sucession planing goal.
Be the key person of company s talent management which consists of designing, planning for process of identifying talent as well as developing talent knowledge, skills and abilities to retain essential capabilities in the workforce that aligns with organization strategy and ultimately to maintain business competitiveness.
Analyzing, seeking and selecting for an assessment tools that provide the great benefit in identifying talents.
Consulting and tracking the development plan for talents to be successor (Succession Management).
Efficiently communicate the guideline in operating Talent & Succession Management to involving parties.
Knowledge sharing, consulting as well as collaborating with stakeholders to get a great understanding that leads to aligned procedures in company Talent & Succession Management.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
At least 10 years experienced in Talent Management, Succession Management, or HR related fields.
Analyzation skills, Project management and organization skills, communication skills, Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills, Interpersonal skills.
Good communication in English both of written and spoken.
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel).

**Job skills required**: Human Resource Management, Project Management, English, Human Resources Development

**Job skills preferred**: Excel, Microsoft Office, Problem Solving
