- Responsible for ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 have been maintained, which must be implemented and defined in accordance with the quality management system.
- Provide support for ISO certification and surveillance audits, preparation, and follow-up activities.
- Keeping up to date of standard document, registration-controlled document, and storage test record.
- Control all ISO documentation and confirm its compliance with the standard.
- Supervise and advise each department to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken. Being efficient and completed within a suitable internal period and ensuring that it complies with the ISO requirements as set by the standards.
- Ensure local quality procedures and practices are comply with customer, related international standard and regulatory requirements.
- Handling the validation of QMS through QMS audits, responsible for leading both internal and external quality audits.
- Issuing the procedures and working instructions, ensuring implementation of measures, and maintaining controls.
- Coordinate with local and central functions for QMS and documentation.
- Other tasks assignment by supervisor.
- คุณสมบัติ
- A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or any related field
- At least 8 years of experience in ISO standards, QMS, or QMR with automotive manufacturing or quality management
- Understand ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. It will be advantageous if you are familiar with IATF 16949.
- Excellent command of the English language, both in writing and speaking.
- Able to articulate ideas well, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and approach challenges with a positive attitude and approach.
- High maturity with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Control and monitor the work system in accordance with the ISO requirements and the quality management system.
- Familiarity with lean management and other quality management tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, etc.).ดูคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
