Our client is well-known as an aircraft business.

**Responsibilities**
- Establishing QMS “Quality Management System”.
- Implementing SMS “Safety Management System” in Part 145 maintenance organization.
- Providing in-house training for all quality-related courses (e.g. Part 145 Civil Aviation Regulations, Human Factors, Product Defect, Process Specification, Basic Tire Knowledge, etc.).
- Setting up and monitoring training plans for all relevant courses to ensure the training is carried out timely.
- Maintaining all relevant training documents (e.g. personnel roster, training records, training certificate, qualification package).
- Establishing, controlling, and reviewing the training program manual to ensure compliance of the organization with Part 145 regulatory requirements and AS9110 standards.
- Controlling authorization process for all authorized persons.
- Supporting external audits carried out by competent authorities and certification bodies.
- Performing internal audits to ensure compliance of the organization with the Part 145 regulatory requirements and AS9110 standard.
- Performing other jobs assigned by management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering / Business Aviation, or related fields.
- Proficient in the English language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- TOEIC score 500 up.
- Male or female with the age of 30 years up.
- Having experience of at least 5 years in quality management system audit (obtaining an AS9110C training certificate will be an advantage).
- Having experience of at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry.
- Knowing Part 145 aviation regulations or similar requirements is preferablKnowing of the Civil Aviation Bureau Approval system (e.g. CAAT, FAA, EASA, etc.) is preferable.
- Ability to work under pressure and limited timeframe.
- Having training and public speaking skills.
