Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

**Job Description**:
- Help Manager manage all Food and Beverage Outlets.
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Monitors and directs service flow in the bars, restaurant and Banquet.
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Plan and supervise the promotions of the different outlets in the property.
- Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and always respects the HACCP regulations
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule evaluate and develop the Food and Beverage team
- Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility
- Conducts/Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.
Work Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languages
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
