- 1.Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including:Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (technical service, vendors, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
2.Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.
3.Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
4.Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and work flow.
5.Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
6.Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
7.Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
8.Conferring with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers.

- 1. Male or Female, age between 25-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or Master in related fields.
3. At least 3-5 years work experience of relevant warehouse experience (including 3 year of previous supervisory experience for Warehouse Supervisor position)
4. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
5. Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
7. Good teamwork spirit, loyal and reliable.
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
9. Good leadership and management skill including planning, budgeting and supervising of staff and able to work under pressure.
10. Strong logical thinking, systematic thinking and analytical skills.
