**Product Management at Coda**

Our Product Managers are individuals with a strong analytical focus and a data-driven approach. Their role involves taking charge of product development from start to finish, with emphasis on analysis and experimentation to deliver the best possible product for our users. This involves driving the product strategy and working closely with senior leadership across various departments to design, build, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

You will need to have a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset, spend considerable time with your scrum teams, and be enthusiastic about developing engineered processes and technologies to build solutions which drive organizational improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep, quantitative understanding of the econometrics of pricing and marketing spends, and translate that understanding directly into dollars
- Run experiments and interpret their results to maximize learnings that lead to revenue and profit maximization
- Develop a detailed understanding of the data flows in our product and external demand sources (Google, Facebook, etc) and make data-driven decisions in feature design and prioritization
- Drive measurable business impacts by working closely with our Marketing, Product, Tech, Leadership, and other teams.
- Active prioritization of backlogs that are optimized against benefit tradeoffs.
- Write agile user stories and validate product ideas with stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in technical field (i.e. Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Finance, or similar quantitative discipline).
- Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) with proven ability to articulate complex requirements to technical and business audiences.
- Outcome focused, constantly seeking and identifying the most impactful opportunities, with clear and consistent principles for prioritization that maximize ROI.
- Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; adept at breaking down complex problems and driving change.
- Experience in end to end product development to launching an asset
