**Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of bell staff and drivers, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly reception.
- Assist guests with luggage, including loading and unloading, and provide storage services when necessary.
- Manage the transportation of guest luggage to and from guest rooms efficiently and safely.
- Oversee the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, ensuring a seamless and prompt valet service.
- Coordinate and manage guest transportation services, including airport shuttles, local area transportation, and special requests.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a neat and organized bell desk, lobby area, and transportation vehicles.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Conduct regular inspections of bell carts, vehicles, equipment, and work areas to ensure they are clean, functional, and safe.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage the performance of bell staff and drivers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
- A valid driver’s license T.2. and a clean driving record.
- Experience with guest transportation and vehicle management preferred.
