Admin & HR Officer (Bangkok Office)

**Job Descriptions**:
- Prepare necessary documents for onboarding the new employees and new clients
- Conduct induction session for new employees
- Administer, update and maintain employee related letters, documentations and records
- Interpreting and advising on employment law and HR policies
- Maintain insurance records for newly hired (enrolment) and resigned employees (termination), inclusive of insurance invoices verification
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy of the payroll figures including salary increment, overtime, bonus, claims etc. within the timeline given
- Key in new employee particulars in payroll system including upload the employee personal documents to the system (employment agreement, ID card etc); SSF registration and removal
- Deal with grievances and complaints, implementing and executing disciplinary procedures
- Execute daily admin & IT related matters such as purchase of stationary, laptop setup, pay utilities bills, courier, office maintenance etc.
- Handle petty cash for urgent needs for office expenses
- Prepare monthly reports to superiors on time
- Liaison with different authorities, vendors, consultants, contractors, banks & clients
- Liaison with director for document signing and any related matter
- Work closely with various departments
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related Diploma/Degree
- Basic knowledge of Thailand’s Labour Act and HR management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Work location at Mercury Tower, Bangkok, Thailand. Must be able to travel locally for business purpose
- Reliable person and able to handle P&C information with care
Pay: ฿25,000.00 - ฿32,000.00 per month
