As a PMO/Program Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects across the international offices. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to develop and implement project management standards, tools, and processes, and oversee the portfolio of projects to ensure they meet business objectives. You will be part of the Tech Strategy and Performance Team.

You will work closely with the existing and new teams to provide the Tech strategic plan, monitor the Tech roadmap, define and adapt the project roadmap, support the project team in determining the work plan, budget, and KPIs, and build a regular dashboard to be shared with top management.

**Key Requirements**
- Working closely with project managers and portfolio managers to make sure that all projects are correctly documented: scope, budget, deliverables, business case, timeline, etc.
- Supporting project prioritization by providing decision-making elements.
- Running functional deep dives in conjunction with business owners and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Drafting new / improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Engaging with all relevant stakeholders (global and local) and ensuring coordination between them.
- Working with top top-management to quickly arbitrate conflicts/ remove roadblocks.
- Supporting the Technology Performance team by participating in budgeting and re-forecast processes.

**Key Qualifications**
- A good degree from an engineering or business school.
- Experience in PMO role or portfolio/project/program management role in tech/digital environments.
- Ability to understand and analyze functional matters.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Good communication skills (spoken and written) in a global and complex environment.
- Good coordination skills and multi-tasking.
- Adaptability to complex and multi-layer organizations.
- Full fluency in English.
