**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Head of PMO and Delivery** to lead and oversee our Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure the successful delivery of critical initiatives. Based in either **Tbilisi** or **Bangkok**, you will be at the forefront of ensuring projects are executed efficiently, risks are managed proactively, and Agile best practices are embedded across the organization. This role also involves administration of Atlassian tools, coaching teams on Agile methodologies, and leading business analysts and project managers.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Delivery Management
- Oversee the tracking of project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Define and maintain standardized project delivery frameworks, ensuring consistency in execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct regular delivery reviews and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

2. PMO Leadership
- Establish and lead the PMO function, creating best practices for project governance and delivery.
- Drive strategic alignment of projects and ensure resource allocation supports business priorities.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and business analysts to ensure professional growth and high performance.

3. Agile Coaching
- Champion Agile principles and practices across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including retrospectives, planning sessions, and stand-ups, as needed.

4. Tools and Administration
- Administer and optimize Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence, to support delivery tracking and team collaboration.
- Design and manage workflows, dashboards, and reporting templates to enhance visibility and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to teams on the effective use of Atlassian tools.

5. Risk and Issue Management
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to delivery timelines and project outcomes.
- Implement effective issue escalation and resolution processes to minimize project disruptions.

6. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the central point of contact for senior leadership regarding project progress and delivery updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in project and delivery management roles, with at least 3+ years in leadership positions.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and programs, preferably in the software develpment, technology, or entertainment industries.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hands-on experience in Agile coaching.
- Expertise in administering and configuring Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong experience in risk management, issue tracking, and delivering projects within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the software development or technology industry or similar fast-paced environments.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or CSM.
- Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM) tools and techniques.
- Working knowledge of additional collaboration tools like Slack, MS Teams, or Trello.

Pay: ฿340,000.05 - ฿347,000.05 per month
