- ** Job Description**:

- Manage and lead the production engineering team to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements
- Develop and implement production processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
- Review and negotiation of drawings for processing
- Observe sites and conduct Kaizen activates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, maintenance, and production planning, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
- Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of products to customers
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and manage budgets for production engineering activities, including capital expenditure projects
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in relation to production engineering activities
- Develop and implement training programs for production engineering staff to improve skills and knowledge
- Provide technical support to the production team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.

- ** Requirement**:

- M/F, age over 43 years old
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a production engineering management role in the automotive, machinery or any related industries
- Strong knowledge of production engineering processes, drawings, systems, and techniques (CAD, SPC(Statistical Process Control))
- Japanese skills: N3up *for internal communication
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: English, Japanese
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00
- ** Holiday**:
