- ** Job Description**:

- In charge to control manpower for project improvement control
- Project leader for improvement Productivity, kaizen and Automation system
- Find New technology for process improvement and contact vender for kick off project
- Control schedule plan by project period and motivation team for successful of the goal
- Any kaizen activity for improvement of the company by Innovative thinking
- Advisor to engineer or foreman how to speed up to working and positive thinking
- Control % defect and productivity of Injection magnet in production line, Mold, Material and Coating process
- Control man power for all teams with in production department (contracts/leave/pay).
- Cost reduction project by physical year plan control (Material recycle project)
- Increase productivity by create new method for production line
- Jig fixture design for countermeasure any problem from ergonomic in production line
- Stock and inventory control and raw materials used in production.
- Management of subsidiary cost and PO control
- Analysis budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
- Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce.
- Focus on growing business and revenue by implementing necessary changes to production line
- ** Requirement**:

- Direct Experience in manufacturing management, especially in Automotive field
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: None
- ** Working Hour**: 8.00 ~ 17.00
- ** Holiday**:

- Work on some Saturday upon annual calendar. The working day is about 262 days/year (avg.22 day/month)
