JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Planning Asst Manager - Unilever Pro THMYSG

Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for leading end to end supply planning for U Pro Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore, operating as a supply chain business partner to the U Pro team

Main Accountabilities
- Demand planning - Maintaining demand baseline based on historical performance and responsible for translating business strategy and promotions into demand requirements
- Supply planning - Coordinate translation of demand requirements into supply plans; ensuring sufficient inventory to match norms
- Capacity planning - Identify short-term capacity issues and highlight the same to the business. Prepare contingency plans by offering products from alternate Sus.
- Performance management - Developing capability to review operational performance (service, inventory, business waste, forecast accuracy) and take actions to secure improvements
- Innovation management - Lead technical project management to land new product and savings projects for the business
- Business partnering - Key member of the S&OP cycle for U-Pro, playing a role as a supply chain partner in developing business strategy and agenda
- Thailand key user - Lead process for selected KPI for Thailand supply chain

- Customer development

Relevant experience required:
ESSENTIAL
- 4 to 5 yrs experience in Supply Chain out of which at least 3 yrs in supply planning
- Strong analytical skills and Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and understanding of end to end supply chain operations
- Proficiency in English

PREFERRED
- APICS certification
- FMCG experience
- Power BI proficiency
