As a Senior Growth Associate in Thailand, you will help to scale one of Zenyum's most strategic business units: Consumer Products. Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and armed with creativity, you will think about how to grow the business. From operational setup to marketing channels, your mandate will be growth.

You will directly report to our Consumer Products Country Head and will coordinate with the Consumer Products HQ team to ensure our products are optimized for the Thai market, including product localization, distribution growth planning, and marketing optimization.

**We are looking for an ambitious Senior Growth Associate to**:

- Drive new product launches of our new Consumer Products business unit together with our marketing teams
- Coordinate your own growth channels from offline retail to e-commerce platforms to further scale the business
- Track our core KPIs and build intelligent dashboards, including revenue and customer happiness
- Go beyond the obvious when it comes to growth channels. Be creative and resourceful in building growth loops and scalable marketing channels
- Liaise with our operations and support teams to ensure the optimal customer experience at scale
- Manage customer relationships and collect feedback at various touchpoints
- Design research projects to better understand the customer base
- Propose solutions to end customer problems detailing out workflows, user experience and system interactions

**You will be fit this role if you**:

- Have at least 2 years of experience in a rapidly scaling business or have worked in high-growth environments such as tech, strategy consulting, or FMCG companies
- Are ambitious, hungry to learn, and ready to work hard
- Are an excellent communicator and are fluent in English
- Leverage creative growth channels and rapidly scale our portfolio of Consumer Products (electric toothbrush, teeth whitening, toothpaste) to a million-dollar business
- Are passionately tuned into Thai consumers and can help build a great brand experience
- Enjoy engaging in a highly ambitious and international environment, in the heart of the most dynamic digital region in the world
- Take ownership and work closely together with our and our Consumer Products HQ in Singapore
- Have a strong command of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint or G-Suite
