**Asia training Coordinator Job description**:
Reporting to the International Training Manager (located in Bangkok), the Asia Training Coordinator will support TKS-LOFT activities/projects in the Asia zone.

**His/her role is articulated around the following missions**:
**Management of Expertise Training process for Asia zone**:
Assesses the needs of customers through surveys and interviews. Customers are operations for all Asia zone

Plans and organizes training expertise sessions, with local support,

Follow up the global indicators

Communicates and promotes achievement through newsletter, gifts, events,

Proposes continuous improvement for the global process

Support Operations knowledge manager for the administration of the Standard Referential tools (MP&Rx Manufacturing Referential) - around 25% workload

**Back office**: Create & Update Metadata, Views to reflect the latest version of the standards

**Website**: Create & manage News & tags and Review pages, structure and consistency

Support development of new training content in collaboration with Global Engineering to support the Group's industrial transformation (new processes)

**Co-animate/Provide training**: Train the trainer, train the coach, operational training or expertise

Co-animate with Asia zone the LOFT TKS global offer (trainings, eLearning, wiki, tools) through regular actions: verbal communication, written communication, presentation, meetings, events

**This position will interest**:
New graduates are welcome

2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing company is a plus

Knowledge Management, Training, Communitions, IT or Engineering background

A person who has a real interest in transmitting, wishing to work transversally and collaborative internationally

A person with strong organization, communication, customer focus, team worker and good personal learning

English is mandatory

Webmaster or Contents Creator is a plus
